    Important Conversion Information

Please be aware that Hamilton State Bank will have a computer conversion the weekend of December 3 – 4, 2011.

Due to the time demands and physical requirements of the conversion, our Locust Grove and McDonough branches will not be open on Saturday, December 3, 2011.  We will be open with normal business hours at Jackson and Monticello on this date.

    Online Banking:
The online banking system you currently use will have limited functionality beginning on Friday, December 2, 2011.  You should begin using Hamilton State Bank’s online banking system beginning at 9:00 am EST on Monday, December 5, 2011 to view your most current account information.  You will not have access to the new online banking system prior to December 5, 2011, so please don’t attempt to log in.  To access online banking at that time, you should complete the “First Time User” process found at www.hamiltonstatebank.com.  Specific step-by-step instructions for logging in to Hamilton State Bank’s online banking can be found in the enclosed “Electronic Services Guide.”

    Intuit Quicken or Quickbooks:
If you use Intuit’s Quicken or Quickbooks, please contact your local branch for instructions on how to convert your data prior to Thursday, December 1, 2011.  Or click the “Intuit/Quicken Help” red button on our main page.

    Online Bill Payment:
If you currently use the online bill payment service offered by the previous McIntosh State Bank, please be aware that this service will stop working on Thursday, December 1, 2011.  Any information stored inside your current bill payment system will not convert to the new online banking system.  If you use online bill payment you should print any Biller information or history that you would like to have after Thursday, December 1, 2011.  You should also delete any payments that are scheduled after December 1, 2011.

    Cash Management Services:
If you have business accounts with us and use online cash management services, you should have been contacted by one of our cash management specialists.  If you haven’t heard from us or if you have any questions about how the conversion will affect your services please contact Sam Heath at 770-967-5046.

    Telephone Banking (MABEL):
If you are a current user of MABEL, the telephone banking system of the previous McIntosh State Bank, you will be pleased to know that Hamilton State Bank’s telephone banking system (Telebanc) functions similarly.  You may continue to call the MABEL telephone number that you have used in the past or call Hamilton State Bank’s Telebanc directly at 877-527-2716.  The first time you use the telephone banking system after 9:00 am EST on Monday, December 5, 2011, your temporary PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number.  Once you enter the last four digits of your social security number into the system you will be prompted to change it to any 4 digit PIN you desire.  Please note that if you use online banking you should complete the “First Time User” enrollment for online banking prior to accessing telephone banking.

    Debit and ATM Cards:
Your McIntosh State Bank Debit and ATM card will continue to function as normal.  You will receive a new card with the Hamilton State Bank logo at a later date.  You will notice the Visa® logo and a new card number when you receive your new card.  If you have automatic payments set up using your debit card, you should contact your payees after you receive your new card to give them your new debit card number.

If you have any questions about this information or the upcoming conversion, please don’t hesitate to call your local branch office or email support@hamiltonstatebank.com.
