Positive Pay

Positive Pay is Hamilton State Bank’s solution to the ever increasing threat that check fraud presents to businesses. By using Positive Pay, businesses can tell the bank exactly which checks are to be paid by uploading all issued checks into a database using identifiers such as the amount, check number, account number, and payee. This process is completed through Hamilton State Bank’s Cash Management system, which allows the user to reject unauthorized transactions before losses occur from the comfort of their own office.

Remote Deposit Capture is a solution that allows business customers to electronically scan and deposit checks from any location with a PC, a scanner and an Internet connection. This proven technology has saved many business owners time and energy allowing them to focus on what's more important, like running their business.

  • Make deposits anytime. Enjoy the convenience of making your deposits whenever you want: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Access your funds quicker. Remote Deposit Capture can reduce processing time by up to 3 days because the system allows you to “cut-out” part of normal check processing.
  • Save time preparing deposits. Preparing deposits electronically is very efficient, reducing labor costs and freeing up staff for other tasks.
