The categories of transactions that for which an overdraft fee may be imposed are those by any of the following means: check, ATM withdrawal, over-the-counter withdrawal, or other electronic means. Limits on NSF Returned Item Fees and NSF Paid Item Fees - A maximum of 3 such fees will be charged to an account in a single day. In addition, NSF Paid Item Fees will not be assessed for items that overdraw an account by a total of $10.00 or less.
